no policies, no portal, no culture, work life balance zero, stressed environment, no work from home, career growth is zero, no appreciation, possibly might work on nights, saturday, sunday. this can be frequent. management wont care about you. whether you are dead or alive. management wont have courage to take risk to adapt to existing project to new technologies. no performance reviews/feedbacks. its very dreadful to take your own leaves. for career growth wise not good for long run.
