Cons
- Must check out their cafeteria and washrooms. They looks more like a public toilets. Total disaster and unhygienic. - Management is highly reluctant to take risks or change either it is maintaining hygienic place or technologies. - No HR, hence super power has been given to middle management(to 1 person) - Middle management can shout on you on the floor no matter for how many years you server for a company. - Client only company, if client has a problem with employee, you can be fired. - Micro management in taking leaves, WFH. You need approval every time. - Forget about growth opportunities or learning. - If working on project based team, you will have to stay late hours and work on weekends. Obviously they provide comp off. However when you want to take it, you need approval. - Higher management must count people in company based out of East India probably one state.(60%, I guess) - Adjusting here can be a real challenge if you have worked in any MNC. - Cabs are provided (private no), hence no insurance. - Handicapped management who cannot support their employees at all.
