A paycheck. Days off. Lunch breaks. Vacation. Retirement if you can make it that long. Some co workers getting another job.
Cons
Not being charged with a class a violent felony. Sitting throw another meeting there are many having to hear about safety a 100 times a day. Bad tooling programming old machines that are not maintained no training.
