Nice people, nice work environment, steady employment, lots of opportunity for growth! Swagelok has a strong quality culture. Strong emotional intelligence. I was happy there! Never a layoff in its entire 60 + year history.
Cons
Not many downs, pay is just above average, change is difficult.
