Pros
- Good work environment - Flexibility to change hours, work from home once you have become indispensable - Job security because they are always understaffed
Cons
- No job progression because the company is very small. - Lack of training and allocated time, although there is an internal university course. - Salaries are typically low. - No IT department and no clear communication make it hard to work because there is plenty of software applications to use, procedures to follow, and quality guidelines that are constantly changing. - People leave all the time, 15 people left last year.. even during the pandemic (company size is around 60 employees)
