      Management support, Frequent trainings, best quality systems, all resources for sales associates, ongoing sap implementation, very supportive managers

      Cons

      Fixed salary is very low compared to market. Targets not realistic. Growth is slow as it is a distributor type business.

      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, lots of holidays off, year end shutdown.

      Cons

      Low pay. Lots of office politics. Your merit increase is based on how well you are liked - not how well you perform. If you don’t fit the Swagelok mold you will have a hard time advancing. It’s almost looked down upon to be an external hire.
