Owner(Distributor) tends to micromanage every facet of the organization. Creativity and positive work environments are not bred when he is around and interacting with the employees due to his overbearing demeanor. Hard to keep quality people by paying them so little. Employees salaried, not even close to being able to live comfortably, unless you are outside sales.
