Pros
Overtime even for supervisors, culture, committed to Ohio, stability and security, no layoff policy. The hourly work force is excellent, very hard workers and open to change. Non Union working environment.
Cons
Very conservative, political and projects take forever. Development is encouraged but not on your terms. Salary is mediocre. Good ole boy club.
