Working at Swanktek was a great pleasure and a privilege. Swanktek is a Strong, Solid and a Quality organization. Swanktek invests in its employee's all-round development. I have grown as a leader in my technology while working for Swanktek. I have had the opportunity to work in several industries and all the projects that I worked challenged me to seek solutions beyond the traditional boxes most would expect. I meet with my management every week where we discuss the progress of the project, my goals, and my learning plans. I have a great passion for teaching and Swanktek gave me multiple opportunities to teach new hires. One thing everyone agrees unanimously is the company's culture. This Organization is like a family, this means everyone counts and everyone helps each other for their success. The Company's HR Process is very efficient as they had taken care of my immigration process and always keeps me in the loop on any communication with immigration attorneys. It was easy to approach the HR team and get my questions answered. Lastly, I would like to say thank you Swanktek for all your contributions to my success.
