Pros

I really enjoy working at the London office of Swaps Monitor because of the positive, supportive, and collaborative environment. I'm surrounded by hardworking colleagues who are always willing to help and go above and beyond for one another, creating a culture where everyone can rely on each other. One of the things I value most is the diversity of the team. Working with talented people from different backgrounds has allowed me to learn something new every day and gain different perspectives, making it a great place to grow both professionally and personally. During my time at Swaps Monitor, I've developed my skills, discovered where my strengths lie, and been given opportunities to continue learning and taking on new challenges. It's a great place to work if you're looking for a supportive team, continuous development, and an inclusive culture.

Cons

Pros

Opportunities are plentiful for those willing to work towards them. One can quickly play an influential role by working hard, going the extra mile, and continuously sharpening their skills.

Cons

Swaps Monitor operates in a very niche market, and because of that, most things are difficult to learn outside of the company. Although the internal training is great, it nonetheless requires time and patience to truly understand things.

Pros

Paychecks were always on time.

Cons

A highly political workplace where favoritism often overshadowed merit. The culture lacked transparency, accountability, and professionalism. Employees were expected to meet standards that did not always appear to be applied consistently across the organization. Trust was difficult to build, and the environment often rewarded politics over performance.
