Pros

There are many opportunities to learn, and I consider it a great training ground for professional development. The skills acquired at Swarovski are definitely transferable and valuable for other companies as well. It is a very international environment, and colleagues are generally kind and supportive. Unfortunately, turnover is quite high, and although the hierarchy is relatively flat, there are still clear differences between offices. For example, employees based in Switzerland tend to be regarded as more important than workers in other countries.

Cons

There are no concrete opportunities for career growth, and salaries often remain unchanged for years; when increases do happen, they tend to be very minimal. The workload can become extremely heavy during certain periods, but this effort is rarely acknowledged or rewarded. The upper management is particularly disappointing - they often avoid answering sensitive employee questions during regular town halls, which only increases frustration and dissatisfaction among employees in lower levels of the hierarchy.

Pros

Decent salary and benefits, a cool industry and product.

Cons

Short sighted upper and middle management. Operational logic behind decisions pertinent to employee wellbeing went from great to deplorable with CEO Alexis Nasard
