A pleasant work environment but lousy work-life balance. - Store Manager Swarovski Employee Review

Managers are required to work 44 hours weekly, can not take 2 days off in a row unless it is your 1 weekend off per month. Work- life balance does not happen. Company does not have a plan to promote own people. Redundant paperwork, employees must initial and sign multiple places daily. Sometimes there is a feeling that corporate office is on the Moon and employees are on Earth.
