great company to work for; colleagues and partners were very helpful; enjoyed going to work every day for 11 years; management was very understanding about employees' personal lives; the culture within the office made work enjoyable

Mostly good people, good benefits, convenient work location

Cons

Pay was already somewhat low for the cost of living, and there were no cost of living adjustments or annual raises. The only options for advancement were to become a paralegal, meaning go to school (and take on debt, because you aren't doing that on the salary they pay for the role and they don't offer tuition benefits).
