People are nice and professional. It's healthy.

Could do more events for greater team building.

Mostly good people, good benefits, convenient work location

Pay was already somewhat low for the cost of living, and there were no cost of living adjustments or annual raises. The only options for advancement were to become a paralegal, meaning go to school (and take on debt, because you aren't doing that on the salary they pay for the role and they don't offer tuition benefits).
