Constant turnover. 4 CEOs and 3 COOs in 4 years just two name two. No upward movement for management. Directors and up are all hired from outside.

The people are nice and good teamwork

Cons

Horrible conditions. Sometimes the bathroom works and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes the internet goes down so you get sent home without pay.
