Former owner was great. All the staff was friendly and happy.

Cons

Once the company was sold. They gutted the entire office and fired all the lansing MI employees. They moved the head quarters to another state.

The people are nice and good teamwork

Cons

Horrible conditions. Sometimes the bathroom works and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes the internet goes down so you get sent home without pay.
