The workplace environment is unmatched, a big group of happy artists working collaboratively, doing what they love. Great at giving feedback, very creative and fun. Literal dream job.

The film industry is fickle. I was laid off, along with many others, as the project fell through.

Cool project. Good people on the crew.

Horrendous management decision making. Infantile and hostile behavior by leadership, due to total lack of understanding of how a film is made. Information silos in all directions leading to confusion, redundancy, frustration, and temper tantrums. Experience is looked at as a negative. Culture of fear does not even begin to cover it.
