Pros
Many colleagues demonstrate kindness, professionalism, and a willingness to help. Additionally, the supporting teams—such as Education, Pharmacy, and IT—provide excellent assistance and are consistently reliable and responsive.
Cons
The clinic has a persistent culture where operational efficiency and productivity are often prioritized over employee well-being, team cohesion, and professional support. Leadership has not fully addressed these cultural challenges, allowing them to continue over time. Office culture is heavily influenced by long-standing seniority, which at times creates tension between management and tenured staff.. This has made it challenging for newer employees to feel welcomed, respected, and integrated into the team. Office politics and frequent gossip among long-term employees also contribute to an environment that does not consistently promote collaboration or inclusivity. As a result, newer staff feel undervalued and unsupported in their roles.
