Pros
Great lunches every month for birthdays or from providers. Lots of advancement opportunities to grow within the firm. Promote from within. Weekends off. Lots of exposure to different types of cases.
Cons
Management is constantly trying to "reorganize" their mess and does not provide adequate training to those who have moved into new positions. There is constant movement because of the high turnover rate. Do not expect to get a pay raise with your promotion. You will have to beg them to pay you the salary you deserve. The partner will fire anyone who he thinks is "gossiping about him". If there is an issue, going to HR will do nothing. HR is really not in place for the employees, they could care less about their employees. If there is an issue, they will try to get you to throw someone under the bus or pin it back on you. There is constant drama with administration/management. The place is a joke. The partners smoke and drink in the middle of the workday while everyone else is stressing about cases and deadlines. It's like working in a reality TV show.
