Swift has frieght. There is money to be made if you are willing to work and be patient. I have made friends.
Cons
To much red tape in the way of completing simple tasks. Can only fuel 1/2 tank per fuel stop. Drivers are treated without respect. Too many unpaid duties. Mandatory safety conference calls 2x per week also unpaid. And forced to send a daily safety commitment similar to writing sentences like a school child that has dine something wrong and finally: TOTAL INVASION OF PRIVACY!! CAMERA FACING DRIVER AND SLEEPER. EVEN IF YOU ARE A SAFE DRIVER. Lie to drivers and say cameras cannot be activated and seen live. A safety coordinator has personally tod me different. So many things can be improved. No consistency in the way the different terminals operate. I think corporate is too busy counting the money instead of fixing problems.
