Pros
Inclusive support staff(HR, Payroll, IT are all handled in-house), small terminals work well together, transparent management.
Cons
Standard fleet size way too high for one leader, 50 drivers per driver leader is way too many for them to get the individual assistance necessary for them to operate effectively. New-driver training program needs a revamp: Drivers are only required to get 200 hours behind the wheel time, from the day they get their CDL, definitely not enough time to become practiced. New operations staff are taught by whoever is available if/when they are available, leading to inconsistent and occasionally non-existant training(new staff can sit for hours per day doing nothing but checking trucks in and out of the terminal, without actually learning anything of substance, leading to a frustrating first few months).
