Vast amount of freight and resources. Working to improve training program and owner operator programs. Have the capability to be the very best.
Cons
So big you have to be careful to not slip through the cracks. Big company politics. Some people are going to have poor work ethic and attitude. You may have to rise above that and seek out the people who want to help you and are in a position to do so.
