      Decent benefits and better work hours since all the law suits forced a change.

      Cons

      Poor communication to all employees, no raise in six years, no regard to family time. No room for growth and does not honor the mission or values.

      The people in the shop are unbelievably nice. I have never felt so loved and looked after in my life.
