Way overworked and underpaid. Management micromanaged and is passively condescending. Extra work days are mandatory during busy times. They hire a lot of job core students in order to get free labor in the short term and offer jobs to the better ones which means constant training and quite a few who don't seem to have all their screws in tight. They promise a bonus every year and you never get it.
