Pros
Decent pay and that's about it. There's nothing really good to say about it. You get to take a lot of classes but you don't get to keep any certificates.
Cons
Where to start. I spent two years there and got screwed over in every way possible. No room for advancement. If you're not a driver then you are not worth anything to this company. Upper and lower management don't care about anybody but themselves. They don't understand the concept of working on a team or leading a team for that matter. They had an underage coworker of mine drive the company shop truck to a bar, go in, and get the gas card from them because they failed to fuel the truck themselves before he had to go on a road call 40 miles away. If you want to work for leadership like that then go ahead. This is your place of employment. Also be prepared to have your schedule changed constantly. Management came to work drunk on multiple occasions as well. A whole lot of micro-management by people who can't even read or write properly. Please don't work for this company if you can help it. There's much better places to work in temple and the surrounding areas.
