Pros
None don't do it!! You will owe them a ton for training and feel your stuck making crap money! People think truck drivers get paid good. So far I havent witnessed that with swift. The most I have brought home was 700 and that was only 1 week! Every week it's a steady 300- 400 dollars fur to just sitting at truck stops for days waiting for a load.
Cons
Only clear less than 400 a week. I sit for hours and sometimes days waiting on a load. I wait so long some days that they count it has my 32 so I very rarely get off days to see my family. They offer insurance but at almost 200 a week in only a 400 dollar check, who can afford that and still feed their family?
