Plenty of opportunity with new jobs constantly opening up. Most middle management mostly down to earth and easy to work for. Easy to get hired.
Cons
Low wages and salaried employees expected to put in very long hours. Swift promotes very inexperienced employees to management. Favoritism. Upper managements bonus is based on how low they can keep employees wage down.
