Pros
Usually got me home on time, or sometimes a couple of days prior to my requested date. The people who work in the office are usually nice and helpful. Trucks are newer on average. Plenty of terminals around the country which makes it a lot easier to find night parking. Therefore, you can sometimes avoid truck stops which are usually full at night. It's "new driver" friendly. They provide training and a job with relative ease. You can get lots of miles, and it is not unusual to ran out of hours.
Cons
Pay is lower than other companies on average. Training must be paid back if you don't work for them for at least a year. Sometimes you have to sit around for long periods of time without making any money. Whether, it is waiting for loads or waiting to be unloaded, and sometimes you just ran out of hours and have to sit it through (sleeping of course). However, I have experienced the same things in all other trucking companies that I have worked for thus far. It's just the nature of the beast.
