Pros
Their orientation what's smooth, they're training was top notch which says a lot for the trainers that they have available during those five or six weeks that you're out there is a newbie! You not only develop the skill but the confidence that's necessary to do a good job...
Cons
Driver managers tend to be young and inexperienced, they could do a better job hiring within... They do happen to know a lot of experience truck drivers! It's a no-brainer
