Pros
Great miles, pay is decent, truck issues get fixed quickly. Great option for dedicated routes. Not a bad place to be a company driver.
Cons
Some terminal are very difficult to deal with. A lot of times loads will be given to you already late so time is crunch. Depending on where you run out of sometimes getting someone on the phone is hard. And of course you get the talk of your a swift driver from other drivers
