Pros
the best thing about working for Swift Transportation is the people. They care and they love the company and the owner.
Cons
The only challenge was the CDL school TDA. it is an accelerated class, not a good fit for anyone not proficient driving a manual transmission. Also the student to instructor ratio is between 4-8 to 1. so very little one on one instruction. that being said you can get thru it as most of our class did. You must work hard and make sure you get your time behind the wheel.
