My truck is brand new so at least they give you well maintained newer equipment and there’s always things needing to be delivered.
Cons
Some of the driver managers need to be fired. They show an indifference towards the drivers they are supposed to be liaisons for especially when paychecks are messed up. Flatbed division has ZERO accountability for their office people and when sometime is their fault, they deflect to the drivers and blame the drivers. The driver managers for flatbed need to at least show they care when something is messed up for a driver whether it’s paychecks or something that affects the driver. Also, the smart drive system is garbage. No due process for drivers when the ultra sensitive system records an event that the “non biased 3rd party” deems safety related and then your safety bonus is gone because they charge you with tons of points to your record.
