No miles no money training was a joke dispatch is absolutely horrible. loads are always messed up. address arnt right appointment times arnt right they say drop and hook its not true dont listen to the lies i sat at truck stops and shippers more then i spent behind the wheel. I busted my but for this company and never got appriated. Call dispatch and the first thing they ask you is whats your truck number. Not enough people in the office and too many trucks to mannage. swift is too big for their britches and they dont care about you me or anyone else that comes to work for them because you are replacable.
