Pros
Newer trucks, routes and fuel stops pre-planned. Great driver-mentors, thorough training for brand new drivers
Cons
Dispatch is horrible, had 5 different driver/managers in less than a year, and none EVER remembered who I was even after 5-6 weeks. Bonuses of any kind are a joke after first quarter. After a year still never received 2, 3, 4, quarter bonuses for previous year, told every excuse in the book. Final straw, out for 5 weeks( never out less than 4, 5 was typical.) put in for 5 days off, AGAIN told I could only have 3. Too bad they couldn't work as hard for me as I did for them! Look long and hard at different companies!!
