Poor Management - Class A Truck Driver Swift Transportation Employee Review

You're just a number, not an employee. The Swift Driver Playbook claims they administer remedial measures for all violations. Not true. They will use the dashcam against you for hard breaking when a traffic light suddenly changes from green to red. They will fire you in an instant despite having zero citations and a clean MVR and then try to pay you via COMDATA fuel card without your final paystub which is a clear violation of AZ labor laws. They claim to have an HR dept although they never answer the phone or emails. Who does that? Swift does.
