Employees were repeatedly pressured to leave positive Glassdoor reviews. I was personally asked multiple times, and it was clearly being tracked There is no structured training or onboarding. I received no meaningful product training and was expected to perform immediately. Internal support is extremely limited. When issues arose, it was difficult or impossible to reach anyone for help. The sales process is heavily bottlenecked, which makes execution unnecessarily difficult. I was directly told by the founder that I was expected to produce 10x results without any additional tools, resources, or support. The entire company was also told this on an all hands call. When I reached out to operations for product guidance (due to the lack of training), I was later told not to contact internal teams.
