      Great platform and you can be requested and everything goes through the application. Easy to navigate and helpful answering questions.

      Cons

      Some days there were limited opportunities, but nothing too bad. There was always something to do, just not always convenient opportunities.

      Flexible Lots of opportunities Many schools in my area

      Just like the other review, I noticed that around march/ April they dropped the pay significantly?? Some requests are even below minimum wage and I’m confused why they’re even allowing that to happen. I just don’t understand what happened to them I did also have some negative run ins with staffing at some of the school and unfortunately swing will always take their side no matter what. I learned to just escalate the issues to the school district/ superintendents.
