Hi there, and thank you for sharing your experience with us! We're glad to hear that your days with us have been low-stress. Regarding the 29.5 hours a week, our schools issue requests based on their needs and they may only need a sub for that amount of time in a week. However, if a school has told you there is a rule on caps or if you have any further concerns that you would like to discuss this in more detail, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@swingeducation.com or call us at 650-413-9268. We value your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve.

Pros

Flexible Lots of opportunities Many schools in my area

Cons

Just like the other review, I noticed that around march/ April they dropped the pay significantly?? Some requests are even below minimum wage and I’m confused why they’re even allowing that to happen. I just don’t understand what happened to them I did also have some negative run ins with staffing at some of the school and unfortunately swing will always take their side no matter what. I learned to just escalate the issues to the school district/ superintendents.
