Swing Education Response

Hi there, Thanks so much for your review! We’re glad to hear you’ve had some great moments in the classroom, being able to set your own schedule, enjoying shorter school days, and working with supportive staff can make a big difference. We know some days come with challenges, too. Certain schools may feel less structured, and those long commutes aren’t ideal. The good news is there may be more nearby schools than you’re seeing. We work with a wide range of schools across the Dallas area, and we're happy to help adjust your preferences or flag closer requests, just send us a note at support@swingeducation.com. We also really appreciate your feedback on communication. That kind of insight helps us improve how we keep subs in the loop. If there are specific areas where things have felt unclear, or ways you’d prefer to get updates, we’d love to hear more. Thanks again for the work you do in Dallas classrooms. You’re making a real impact. - The Swing Education Team

Pros

Flexible Lots of opportunities Many schools in my area

Cons

Just like the other review, I noticed that around march/ April they dropped the pay significantly?? Some requests are even below minimum wage and I’m confused why they’re even allowing that to happen. I just don’t understand what happened to them I did also have some negative run ins with staffing at some of the school and unfortunately swing will always take their side no matter what. I learned to just escalate the issues to the school district/ superintendents.
