Hi there, Thanks for sharing your experience, we’re really glad to hear that the flexibility and occasional strong pay have been helpful, especially when you’re just starting out in the classroom. We’re sorry to hear things didn’t always go smoothly. Slow days and a lack of clear communication can be really frustrating, and we know how much it matters to feel supported. Your feedback helps us grow, and we’re already looking at how we can do better. If you’re ever open to sharing more about what didn’t feel right, or how we could’ve had your back better, we’d love to hear from you. You can reach us any time at support@swingeducation.com. Thanks again for the work you’ve done in San Jose classrooms. We really appreciate you. — Your team at Swing

Pros

Flexible Lots of opportunities Many schools in my area

Cons

Just like the other review, I noticed that around march/ April they dropped the pay significantly?? Some requests are even below minimum wage and I’m confused why they’re even allowing that to happen. I just don’t understand what happened to them I did also have some negative run ins with staffing at some of the school and unfortunately swing will always take their side no matter what. I learned to just escalate the issues to the school district/ superintendents.
