Pros

I like working with Swing Education. Its been two years since I'm Working with this agency, I would say they are flexible, they offer daily assignments as well as long term assignments.

Cons

There is no direct contact with whom we can speak, they just respond to our email. No benefits.

Swing Education Response

Hi there, Thanks so much for your review, and for being part of the Swing Education community for the past two years! We're really glad to hear the flexibility and variety of assignments have worked well for you. We also hear your feedback on support and benefits. While the work is designed to give you independence, we know it can feel a bit disconnected at times without a dedicated point of contact. We're always working to improve how we support our subs and make it easier to get in touch when needed. If you ever need anything, our team is always ready to help at support@swingeducation.com or 650-413-9268. Thanks again for all the time and energy you bring to classrooms in Trenton! – Your Swing Team

Pros

Flexible Lots of opportunities Many schools in my area

Cons

Just like the other review, I noticed that around march/ April they dropped the pay significantly?? Some requests are even below minimum wage and I’m confused why they’re even allowing that to happen. I just don’t understand what happened to them I did also have some negative run ins with staffing at some of the school and unfortunately swing will always take their side no matter what. I learned to just escalate the issues to the school district/ superintendents.
