      all the fun and excitement of being a lead teacher, without the responsibility of deadlines, calling parents, and staying after school for meetings!

      Cons

      Sometimes you will be thrown into a classroom with no lesson plan, materials or a guide on how to run that class, so do your best! Sometimes administration will not be around to help you.

      Just like the other review, I noticed that around march/ April they dropped the pay significantly?? Some requests are even below minimum wage and I’m confused why they’re even allowing that to happen. I just don’t understand what happened to them I did also have some negative run ins with staffing at some of the school and unfortunately swing will always take their side no matter what. I learned to just escalate the issues to the school district/ superintendents.
