      Flexibility. Schools are desperate for substitute teachers. You will always have plenty of work.

      Cons

      Must schools (if you do your work well) will want to hire you but Swing Education is designed so legally you cannot do that while working for Swing Education.

      Just like the other review, I noticed that around march/ April they dropped the pay significantly?? Some requests are even below minimum wage and I’m confused why they’re even allowing that to happen. I just don’t understand what happened to them I did also have some negative run ins with staffing at some of the school and unfortunately swing will always take their side no matter what. I learned to just escalate the issues to the school district/ superintendents.
