Pros

Great pay, overtime, good incentives, friendly environment, very strict on safety truly a safe environment.

Cons

Walking to and from the line to get to the restroom and the break room isn't very convenient because depending on which department you are in could cause you to walk up and down flights of stairs. Which takes takes some time off of your break.

None other than you pick your hours

Cons

I was hired as a coordinator. Did not coordinate one day. Was put in several places where I was watched on bathroom, water breaks, etc. If people think you're not working hard enough, they send you home. If someone says you made a mistake, they send you home. Supervisors literally time you when you go to the restroom. 2 15 min breaks where you barely have time to swallow your food. Chinese sweatshop. I got behind on bills because I relied on this job -40 hours a week and was sent home more times than not simply because they didn't think I was working hard or fast enough You are literally watched on camera while doing your job. . It was a waste of time.
