Pros

Excellent dedicated coworkers and staff. Fun and challenging work environment. Pay is and benefits are above average for this size of company. Dedicated employees have growth potential. Offer a good plan for change and management will listen.

Cons

Work life balance is not great, just like every other company today; must do more with less. Swisslog must become more customer focused and invest more in R&D.
