We are firm believers that establishing strong relationships and connections within our team is best achieved through face-to-face interactions as opposed to a pure remote working environment. With regards to the comments about expected excessive travelling times into the office, there seems to be some misunderstanding of what has been communicated. We do not expect employees who live this far to commute into the office as regularly as those who live locally i.e. a reasonable distance.
