Pros
The people (outside of leadership) are the best. Hands down the best coworkers I’ve ever had. Culture committee is great and goes above and beyond.
Cons
Leadership falls short in many areas. The last 6 months or so it’s become apparent that they lack the ability to think past “A” when it comes to strategic planning. This is largely due to the lack of business acumen. They have tough personalities and are unapproachable because it’s it’s their way or the highway.
