Strong consistent desire to provide affordable health care services to the community. Also a majority of the staff were invested in helping the individuals served.

Cons

A lack of consistent communication throughout the organization. There were also periodic struggles with morale due to budget cuts and funding losses.

Pros

Affordable Insurance, generous PTO, opportunity to move around in the company after a period of time

Cons

Horrible workplace culture where good employees are run out and toxic employees thrive. Workplace does not seem to value or reward high-performers. No senior-level support. Very punative and micromanaging. No clarity of vision, or goals but "punishment" if not what they think it should be.
