As a community support specialist the Schedule is Flexible ,I can't think of anything else. Pay is competitive as well.

Cons

Unrealistic production, minimal support, safety is continually at risk, no one seems to notice the issues, management lacks communication, run your car down

Affordable Insurance, generous PTO, opportunity to move around in the company after a period of time

Cons

Horrible workplace culture where good employees are run out and toxic employees thrive. Workplace does not seem to value or reward high-performers. No senior-level support. Very punative and micromanaging. No clarity of vision, or goals but "punishment" if not what they think it should be.
