Some very nice coworkers, great place for the under and non insured to get care. It was a bit so great learning experience

Cons

Senior admin has NO clue and don't care about staff or staff needs. They care more about money than their patients.

Affordable Insurance, generous PTO, opportunity to move around in the company after a period of time

Cons

Horrible workplace culture where good employees are run out and toxic employees thrive. Workplace does not seem to value or reward high-performers. No senior-level support. Very punative and micromanaging. No clarity of vision, or goals but "punishment" if not what they think it should be.
